Trip to Coombe Wood Gardens

Dear Parent/Carer,

Both reception classes will be going on our ‘Bear Hunt’ trip to Coombe Wood Gardens on Wednesday 21st June. We will be travelling by tram, leaving school before 10.30 am. We will be returning to school by 2.30pm at the latest.

On Wednesday, please ensure that you send your child to school with the following:

  • A packed lunch – no chocolate, glass bottles or fizzy drinks please
  • A water bottle
  • Sun cream – already applied please
  • Sun hat
  • If the weather forecast is bad please send your child with a coat.
  • We WILL be wearing school uniform

The children will need to carry their things with them all day so it will be best if each child has their own rucksack that they can wear. This does not need to be a school rucksack.

If you have offered to come along as a parent helper, please come to the school office by 10am.
