Formal "Open" occasions, where parents and teachers can discuss the progress of the children, take place once a term. In the Summer term, the meeting is preceded by a written report from the school. There is an appointment system to avoid queues.

Occasional meetings are held for the parents of children in particular year groups to discuss various aspects of your child’s learning.

We are always pleased to discuss any matters concerning your child's welfare and progress but please make an appointment beforehand. Please avoid discussions with the teachers at the start of the school day they need to settle their classes to work. Any messages can be left at the office, they will be passed on to the class teacher.

Regular newsletters are sent to parents informing them of general events and activities.
