Year 6 Height and Weight
Dear parent/carer,
The nurses will be visiting Year 6 on 28th November to record their height and weight. This is part of a National monitoring programme.
Please read the attached information carefully. If you are happy for your child to take part you do not need to do anything. If you wish to withdraw your child you will need to contact the nurses directly using the details on the attached letter. IF YOU DO NOT WITHDRAW YOUR CHILD THEIR HEIGHT AND WEIGHT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE RECORDED.
