Autumn Term Activities 2022

Autumn Term 2022

See below for the before and after school activities for the autumn term. We ask that you only select choices that you have previously discussed with your child.

To familiarise yourself with the process, please visit this page before you complete the form below. This form must be submitted by Friday 9 September, allowing time for places to be offered before sessions begin. Please note that all offered places must either be accepted or declined within 48 hours or they will be withdrawn. Cash payment must be made in advance at the office.

The activities below commence the week of 19 September and will run for 11 sessions*. Information about Digital Leaders and Junior Choir will be sent separately.

* As there is a bank holiday on Monday 19 September, there will only be 10 sessions for activities that run on this day.

Refunds

Refunds will only be given in the case that a session cannot be fulfilled by the activity lead or school.

Free School Meal Entitlement

Please note that children in receipt of benefit related free school meals, the school will pay for one activity per child. Costs for any additional activities must be met by the parent/carer (we will always cover the cost of the most expensive activity).

If you feel you may be entitled to the Free School Meals grant, or are struggling to pay, please contact the office to discuss your options.

This does not include the government’s Free School Meals scheme for KS1 children.
